Nine Inch Nails

Nine Inch Nails is a post-grunge band headed up by front man Trent Reznor. Hitting its peak in the 1990s, Nine Inch Nails gained legions of fans with its hardcore sound and inspired lyrics. Starting with its hit "Head Like A Hole," Nine Inch Nails grew in popularity due to lively performances and thinking-man videos.

Reznor grew into a polished lead singer and musician, often playing several instruments on each track. His electronic sound was duplicated by a full touring band when NIN hit the road. Reznor went on to write songs that were protests against animal cruelty and against modern warfare that garnered even more attention across the world.

Nine Inch Nails is a Grammy Award-winning band, and it was named one of the Top 100 artists of all time by Rolling Stone magazine. Reznor was also honored, appearing in Time magazine as one of the year's most influential people in 1997.
