Clint Mansell's "Requiem For A Dream" Remix Album Release Date & New Projects In Works
Updated 08.08.200 8:00 AM EDT

Clint Mansell has updated his website (www.clintatthecontrols.com) with a new diary entry, now that he's settled at his new home in Los Angeles, California. Hard at work with scores to forthcoming films as "World Traveler", starring Billy Crudup and Katherine Lindberg's "Rain" now completed, Mansell's next effort is to sequence the running order for the Requiem remix project, explained the official site.

"All tracks have now been submitted," the update noted, "with mixes coming from Paul Oakenfold, Psilonaut, Josh Wink and Uberzone amongst others." For the first time since producing the lavish album, Mansell has submitted a vocal on his own remix of "Ghosts".

"Clint does not mention it in the diary update," the site added, "but he did mention that the remix project is now scheduled for September 4th."

Fans can preorder the album at this location thanks to Amazon.com, but it's unclear if this will be a Nothing Records release or project for an outside distribution label.

Thanks a lot to: anthony.
