Big Milk Concert Review f/ NIN Drummer Jerome Dillon, APC Bassist Paz Lenchantin & Former NIN Guitarist Robin Finck Spotted In The Audience
We received a nice review from the Saturday performance of the Big Milk concert, we first mentioned last Tuesday featuring Nine Inch Nails drummer Jerome Dillon and the beautiful Perfect Circle bassist Paz Lenchantin, who is sister to Luciano Lenchantin of Big Milk.
Review by Greg: Hey I just got back from the Big Milk Show. OK they totally rocked. Jerome kicked ass. He was there way before the show started and loaded all of his own equipment on stage and loaded it off. He is a very sweet guy. He will talk to you and make you feel as though you're not bugging him. Paz was there and was very talkative. Big Milk kicked ass. I'm listening to the CD, which I bought from Luciano right now. They rock! !!!! They played about 6 songs. The crowd loved them. Robin Fink was there. The show was at 9 pm. Robin was there from about 9 till midnight. No one seemed to know who he was. The whole crowd seemed to be personal friends of Big Milk or Jerome. I said hello to Robin. I met him when he was in Anaheim on the NIN tour. He is nice. Stood right in front of me with rest of the crowd for the entire show. Believe me Big Milk is cool. Remind me of Pearl Jam but different. Very different from NIN but they rock!!!!!! Very atmospheric stuff!! Big Milk are excellent musicians. I hope I know, I've been playing professionally now for 17 years. I used to play live with the Black Crowes amongst other bands. Supposed to see them (Big Milk) tomorrow night, maybe if I have more energy I can give more details. Of yeah Paz played on like I think three songs she played wind chimes and sang backup. Also a woman I think was her sister played cello. Beautiful girl she was very talkative and nice. The guy who was the bass player was a beautiful personality too. He was so charming even I was attracted to him and Iım a guy. That's all I can say for now. Have to go to bed. Tomorrow I'm celebrating my birthday and have to be well rested.
Your website rocks. It's the first website I look at everyday when I check my e-mail for like 5 years, I think now. Keep up the really good work.
Those who live in the Los Angeles area and want to catch the second show with Jerome Dillon and Paz Lenchantin at 10:00pm with special guest the Cocaine Mommas, check out the official site for directions along with a $3 cover charge at the Gig with their online flyer.
